Meet Our Team

Cathy Bush, Board Member, has been working to help make a difference in the lives of babies for almost 20 years. As the first employee at Children’s Medical Ventures, she was instrumental in developing the first products that supported developmental care of premature babies, including the SnuggleUp and the WeePee diapers. Cathy and her FOC team also created the Preemie for a Day and WeeCare programs that provide staff education through interactive learning.

Cathy serves on the Massachusetts State Board of the March of Dimes and is committed to their mission and the NICU Family Support project. Cathy is now focusing her passion and energy on Creche Innovations by continuing to create solutions to improve the health and quality of care of babies. When she is not travelling to NICUs around the country, Cathy enjoys gardening, golfing, tennis and relaxing at her home in coastal New England.
